All my users have to logon using the Wix Logon Dialog. Then they see only their own data. On the form, they can upload new images. But wherever I look in My Media Manager, they are not there. The images are stored in the DB and display on my site, but I can´t manage uploaded images thru Media Manager. Have also looked if they were uploaded to their account in Wix, but nothing.
In the Editor, select the upload button and click Manage Upload Button. Then click Go to File.
Thanks for your answer, Sam, but I am afraid to say they are not there. The only images that I find there are old images, before I built in the user-login and user-specific images.
Sam, I have made a video demonstrating the problem. Remember, it used to work (that is, an uploaded picture would appear in Media Manager with Goto File) before I built in that different users (wix Members) could upload images. Since then, the images no longer show up.

Okay a couple of questions.
Does the same behavior happen the preview and published sites? For the ones that “used to work”, the same question basically: Did they get there from an upload button used in preview or on a published site?
Sam, since I built in Site Member dependent access to THEIR specific data, preview mode no longer works, because that wix.user stuff only works in Published mode. Before I built that in, it used to work both in preview and published. The pictures that “used to work” were probably uploaded in Preview Mode, but that was 2 months ago, I do not really remember.

I talked to some people here and it seems what I told you the other day is correct. I was having the same problem as you yesterday, but I tested again today and it seems to be working properly for me now. Can you try uploading a new image and then seeing if it shows up when you click the Go to File button.
Hi Sam, thanks for your help. Unfortunately, it´s still the same at my end. Also reloaded the editor, but nothing; pics are in the DB, but nowhere to be found in Media Manager.
Hmm…let me do some more digging.
Sam, have you got any news? Thing is, if this doesn´t get solved, users will be adding and adding pics, but I would have no way of deleting unused pics. SO I would be running out of contracted disk space.

how coud we set the directory to upload de images. Uploaded images ara always saved into “non-folder” but I would like save them in a specific one.

Hi I also have the same problem. I have the same Wix elements and wix code on two different sites, however the Go To File only shows images uploaded on the one site but not on the other. If it matters, the site where it works was originally duplicated from the site where it doesn’t work.
This doesn’t entirely seem to be resolved. Is there no way of setting a specific folder where member image uploads are saved? I know that I can manually move them into a sub-folder to tidy up my media files but it’s a daily chore and should be automatic.
