I’ve seen a few examples (and used 1 or 2) of preloader scripts. I’d rather show the page asap and finish loading on the go. To still be able to ‘satisfy’ any impatient visitor, I would like to add a loading progress bar in the top of my screen.
I’ve found a few scripts that will render the bar, but need to be able to feed into it, using all my websites elements.
Is there a way of either getting a trigger returned after an element has fully loaded, or otherwise populate an array with returns from all the elements? I would then use that array to 'time’the progress bar animation.
Thoughts?
