Does anyone know if it’s possible to load a dynamic page from a menu header? There doesn’t seem to be a way to link to that page.

Dynamic Pages aren’t like regular pages. They can be used over and over again, each time displaying a different item from your database collection. Your use case for including a Dynamic Page in the menu doesn’t really fit with the idea behind a Dynamic Page. See the articles on Dynamic Pages for more information.
