Hello everyone,
I’ve recently installed the member area for my online shop and everything works as it should - except that when I logout the account while on my shop gallery page. After I do this, the gallery does not load anymore - everything else loads fine, but where the gallery was is now blank. I’ve tried this on multiple browsers and get the same results.
Can anyone suggest how I can fix this, or perhaps a work around… like redirecting to the home page to avoid the gallery being affected?

Hello Rod,
Here are some things that you may want to check to solve this issue:

Make sure the collection you are getting the data/products from has the appropriate permissions. To do this, hover over the collection and click on the cog wheel that represents the settings of that collection, and then click on edit permissions. Currently it seems that only members can read/write, from that dataset which would explain why it is not showing up in the gallery. When finished with the permissions make sure to sync.

Make sure the gallery page itself is not limited to members, to do this head over to the page section and click on manage pages. Click on the desired page and click on the Permissions tab and change the permission if needed.
