Hello everyone. I have a simple question; hopefully someone can provide a quick answer. I have just set up a member login and profile page as per this article: Velo Tutorial: Building Your Own Members Area | Help Center | Wix.com
I have a list of people that I have imported into my Members database. Not all of these people are site members, but all of their profile information has been imported into the Members database anyway.
The problem is this: when one of these people creates an account to access the site, a new database entry is created for them instead of Wix finding the information already in the Members database.
So, I would like to know if the login system is able to detect when a new site member already has details in the Members database, and then retrieve those details for their profile page instead of creating a blank profile page.
