Lightbox with slideshow taking too long to load

The lightbox is supposed to load as soon as my home page loads. But in reality, its loading almost 15 seconds after the home page has loaded. The whole point of having the slideshow is lost!!! Am I missing something?

Do you use code to open the lightbox or is it a regular lightbox? Can you please send us the site URL so that we can have a look?
