I offer a service that allow people to send emails from my site to their customers and right now they are doing it manually but is there a way members can upload their list through an upload button that allows CSV files?

Upload Button file types and sizes supported in Wix:
File Types
Image : jpeg, png, jpg
Document : pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, xls, xlsx, odp, odt, epub
Video: .avi, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpe, .mp4, .mkv, .webm, .mov, .ogv, .vob, .m4v, .3gp, .divx, .xvid.
Note: You cannot upload password protected documents.
File Size Limits
Image: 25MB
Document: 25MB
Video: 15MB
You can currently only use CSV files to import and export your own things into Wix like Contacts, Datasets etc.
