Issues with database rich text showing as wrong font

I’m having some issues with my site, for some reason on my dynamic page the ‘rich text’ section from my database is not showing as the correct font on the live site, although it does in the preview version.

I’m not having this issue with the headings which are also linked to a database, but are ‘text’.

Here is a view of the live site, as you can see the paragraph under ‘the brief’ is in times.

Whereas in the preview it shows correctly and is Proxima Nova

I thought it could be an issue with the font being an upload, however the title and subtitle, which are linked to the database, are also an uploaded font and not having the same issue.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? You can view the site live at www.crystalpotterdesigns.com

I’m having this same problem; the link above was not helpful. My theme is properly set for Paragraph 1, the Rich Text block in the table is properly set to P1, and I added a text block using P1 text. Still, the text appears too small (not the right font formatting). Any advice?

Hi Maya,
It seems like a lot of your comments in these many threads are about problems in the component itself. So I’d recommend contacting Wix Customer Care to notify them of any bugs and/or feature requests to improve the component. They track all requests and create articles to collect votes. It’s the best way for product managers at Wix to know what users need. Thanks!

For what it’s worth - I found a solution – When I edit the Rich Text using the table view, it did not work properly. But when I expanded the row to the Form View, using the double-arrows in the first column, and then edited my Rich Text there, it has been working* for me. *(Fingers-crossed it stays that way!)

I hope this tip will help others! Now if only I could learn Velo coding by pure osmosis! haha
