I cannot access my account and am unable to make any contact with wix.

I recently PAID for a premium account and a domain address for a year and began to create my website using wix. I registered my account with a moroccan phone number however my bank details are english as i am a uk citizen. Upon returning to the UK am completely unable to log on to my wix account.

I did not publish my website as I am still in the phase of making it as it is for work - I work freelance.

I registered my account with a GOOGLE GMAIL ACCOUNT which is my work account.

I am unable to log in using this account, on the log in page as there is an option to log in with google account. I am unable to reset password or email address to my personal address. Because I didnt publish my website I am worried I have lost my domain and can no longer access the site I have been working on for weeks - and effectively I cannot generate any business.

No emails to reset the password are coming through to my gmail account, I have not even been allowed the option to confirm my account as it leads me to an Error 404 page.

I am utterly disgusted at the lack of service and support offer for situations such as this and have read online many people have the same problem. All the money has been taken out of my account and I have been left totally unable to access what I have paid for - this is unnacceptable and I demand somebody contacts me urgently about this issue.

The callback service is not working either as I have tried to make requests and heard nothing.

I I cannot get Wix to call me back. My site is down for some reason and I do not know why. I have requesting call backs for over a week now. PLEASE call me back

Contact Wix support is the only solution. I wish you can get this sorted asap :slight_smile:
