Is there a way to make the different pages created from a dynamic item page turn into a permanent regular static page? As I’d like to archive these contents and show on the website and include a photo gallery in each of these pages. Please help!

Unfortunately not…, no. You can always create duplicates of the page and manaully build static pages…, but that might take some time depending on how many pages you have…
