If you can’t get your head around that then just look for an online marquee text generator that you can edit the font used, colour, speed etc and then simply copy the supplied html code into a html iframe on your required page.

Tried both CSS and HTML code. But gets “404 Not Found”

Your code and the example code from the marquee generator both works fine on preview.
However, as you have said you get the 404 error when you publish it and view it on a live website.
This is because you are using the free Wix site option, for your html iframes to work properly within Wix you need to have a premium plan so that your iframes are not sandboxed as shown here.

Thx for the reply @givemeawhisky . BTW i am on premium plan. After an hour the code start working. Is it normal to need to wait for it to work?
