Hello, in order to obtain the consent of my users, I have followed the steps described here using Wix Code:

On my home page (www.yogajivadaya.com) you can check that I have already designed the form following these steps, but my question is as follows:
How can I do so that when a user completes the form, I get an email notification, as was the case with the normal wix form? Thank you and sorry for my english.
