I am working on a website that does not sell items but simply places a request for hold. I have figured out eliminating payment but am having trouble figuring out how to just request their name, phone and email during checkout since everything else is irrelevant. Where do I go to access this page? I can only see as far as cart for this.
I have manual payment since pick-up is in store. All I need for checkout is name, phone number, and email. Is that possible? The reason I have the checkout is so that the customer can collect multiple items to be requested for hold without filling out a form. I can figure out a work around other than checkout but it would be the preferred method. I contacted Wix support and they told me it cannot be done but I am not sure that is true. Any idea if I can do this?

Also many more features… What I care about now is online help. There is no chat help and I can’t find an email to contact for support…
Please help to remove zip/postal code field from checkout page. This is a must for me cause it’s not used and not knows by most people in my country. Also it would be much better to remove the email. Both are mandatory fields and both will make me loose many customers don’t have emails or don’t know what is the postal code.
By the way, I read somewhere while upgrading that one of upgrade benefits is getting our own app for the site; where and how to get it in apple store and play store?.. control it too? I need help and I don’t know whom to contact!
