I essentially just want to add this http://gijsroge.github.io/tilt.js/ to my Wix site, and change the image from a box to a row of four circles. Any help or direction on this would be super appreciated.

You will have to look at using tilt.js through Wix Node Manager and using css, html and javascript to do it.
