I want to send some information to google about job posting and it asks to send the information in structured format. Because these pages are generated at run time and have only one template at the back so can’t use structured data at this templates because they are different for each dynamic page.

You could use Google Tag Manager to send Structured Data information to Google for your dynamic pages. However, Google advises against doing that.
Currently it is not possible to set structured data for dynamic pages.
