horizontal anchor menu

I dont know how to make a horizontal anchor menu.
Please help.

I know how to create a vertical one, but I need a horizontal one.

Thanks!

What are you trying to achieve as when you do anchor menus in Wix they scroll up or down the page to the anchor.

Thanks!
I already made it by addting horizontal text button and link these button to corresponding anchor.

@bsun089 If you have the time and are inclined, I would love to hear more about your solution including a screenshot. I’m trying to make a horizontal anchor menu in the header with no success. I don’t find anything about this in the help files, either. Thanks for your comment, it gave me hope!

@kkrousseau You can add several shapes and write down the button name on the shape.

Then, you can link these bottons to anchors.

Then, you organize these bottons horizontally.

Hope it helps you.

If that is all that you were trying to achieve then you would have been better suited just going through Wix Support for your question and not posting on this code forum.

@bsun089 Thank you so much!!

Great hack @bsun089 . However, one quick question, if there are 6 buttons arranged horizontally and linked to the respective anchors, then how can they be shown horizontally in the mobile view?

For example, I’ve 6 button’s arranged horizontally:

Button 1 | Button 2 | Button 3 | Button 4 | Button 5 | Button 6

But when I check this page in mobile view, the Buttons 4, 5 and 6 can’t be placed properly in a horizontal layout due to limited width of the mobile screen. In this case what should I do? Usually, websites have a horizontal-scrolling enabled in mobile for such sub-menus /anchor menus.

Thanks!
