Homescreen Icon for mobile

Hi everyone.
I’m trying to set an icon that the visitors of my website can add to the mobile device.

I’m following this tutorial Wix Editor: Saving Your Site on the Homescreen of a Mobile Device or Tablet | Help Center | Wix.com but in the site manager there isn’t a form to place the code mentioned in step 3.

Can anyone help me please?
