Help! Help!! Help!!! Menu Management is Dead in WIX!

I have tried in this forum to get this resolved but no one here or the WIX Support can help and now I am seeking help from the entire forum or from anyone that cares so that I can complete the site and publish it for my client. WIX Support said they are aware of the issue and working on it but for how long am I to wait? Since last week and every night I am still looking for a work around.

Issue: When I try to manage my menu in the WIX editor, the menu items cannot be re-ordered, deleted, renamed or saved. I cannot add pages and when the save button is pressed it does not save but goes into endless loop routine. When I select each menu item, it does not open the corresponding page in the editor. Note: The save issue does not happen when I work on other parts of the site and would save normally.

This is frustrating in that I am not getting the help I need out here or from the Wix Support.

If you have issues with creating / saving changes with the editor, there may be an issue with the editor itself. Have you contacted Wix Support team? If so, please send us the ticket number . Moreover, please send us a video of the issue using screencast . Simply recreate the issue while recording the steps and add the screencast.com URL to your response.

I’ve viewed the ticket and noticed that they replied to you with a workaround for resolving this matter. Note that this forum is specialied in the Wix Code products. Therefore, I’m afraid that you would need to contact Wix support team as they know best about these kind of issues.

Thanks. Support had not contacted me back. The work around did not work for me. After countless hours of fighting this issue for nearly 2 weeks, I have been able to resolve the issue.
