Google Analytics Opt Out

I would like to implement this code on a page to give the user the possibility to opt-out of google analytics.

Opt-Out Cookie für diesen Browser und diese Website setzen

Is it somehow possible with WIX code? I tried to do that with the HTML-App. But that is just an iFrame and don´t work for this code.
Or is there another way to do that not using cookies?
