Not sure what the error is or where because it just says “script error”. The info will save to the database on preview mode, but on live site the information doesn’t submit or clear from the form.
I can link all of my code for the page, but I think that would be tricky. Any wix people able to help?

Can you be more specific about, which database the problem’s refer to.
and take a screen shot of the console to see the error and the function that submit or clear your data.
Meanwhile, I suggest you, to check your database’s setting permissions.
Pay attention, that not only the “Admin” can update items from your collection.
Remember, at preview mode always the Admin is the one who use the site, therefor, if you try to make changes while using the live site as a different user, nothing will change in your databases, since your permission set only to “Admin”.
