My website’s forum pages are not indexing in Google, I have tried and tried to get them to index, but Google really doesn’t seem to like them or even crawl them. This is a real pain because I should be adding hundreds of forum pages per month, and these should all be great gateways into my website.
‘Google Search Console’ and other similar ‘Google Tools’ all report problems with those pages when I submit them. In particular page size and view. These surely need to be changed by Wix to improve their mobile friendliness?
Google says:
Page is not mobile friendly - This page can be difficult to use on a mobile device.
Content wider than screen
Viewport not set to “device-width”
The main forum page is indexed but says: URL is on Google, but has issues
I’m not sure if it’s the reason why, but I also discovered that they are not listed in the sitemap.xml for my site either and I don’t know why?
Obviously no sitemap inclusion and mobile unfriendly page design, isn’t going to make Google overly pleased with my site. Can anyone shed any light on if I can make any changes myself or if Wix are aware and addressing the issue?
I need to get these pages indexed asap.
