form on the site

Hey,
I probably did not explain myself right the last time.
I’ve built a form on the site customers need to fill in details. When you enter the form via a computer it works wonderful but does not work at all through mobile.
I built the form step by step based on this video:

Welcome to WixCode.

Some questions:

Does it work (on your desktop computer) in the mobile mode in the editor?
Did you Publish your site so that it’s availble as a Live site? (that is, from your mobile device)
What doesn’t work? That is, please explain what is happening that is wrong, or what’s not happening that should.

Hi Yisrael,

It works perfectly in the editor
I published the site, saw it was not working and I downloaded it from the air because i need the site to work
The Submit button does not leed to the thank you page and actually after clicking the button there is no action and it is unclear whether the form is sent or not/

OK - got in. At this point, which page isn’t important.

Your database collections in the Live mode are empty. I suspect that that is your problem.

You need to sync:

Click on Sync and then “Copy all items to Live”.

You have the database permissions set to “Custom” which is incorrect. You should choose either “Members-only Form Submission”, or for more general use “Site Content”.

I did it all. Still - the Submit button does not work/

Your collection permission is still set to “Custom Use”:

You need to set to an appropriate Permissions setting, Sync , and then Publish .

Your database collections were still wrong. I just modified them and sync’ed to the Live database.

Publish your site once more and then try again.
