This is one of the last final touches that my website is missing 
So, I want to create this ‘reveal’ effect on my footer:

Thanks, but that’s not the effect.
I’m very familiar with the strip scrolling effects already, but that reveal effect works only for the strip’s background, not for the text.
Anyone else here to help me? Someone who actually knows how to do what I’m askin for, please tell me!!
