Enable scroll to zoom on a map

I have built a page that has an embed map (Active911 webview) not a google map. The intent is to have this page open at all times on a Television using a Fire TV stick. The problem I am running into is when viewed on the Fire TV stick, it wants to use gesture commands like pinch to zoom and control click to move the map.

Is there a way to disable those mobile features and enable mouse movement of the map, and scroll to zoom?

I have set the device to receive desktop sites with no effect. I have hidden the page from mobile users no effect.

Any help greatly appreciated.

The embedded map that you are using is not part of the Wix Code product. You will need to contact the supplier for details on how to use their product.
