Hi there! Needing some help… I have created a form on my page that is connected to a database within my site. My form is broken up into multiple pages but all of the inputs are a part of one database. I don’t want each page to submit to a different database, but I need to keep the progression of the form split up like it is. Wix Support told me to set up dynamic pages for the form- but I have no idea how to do that. Any chance someone might be willing to provide a little clarity and instruction? Thank you so much in advance!

Check out this article about creating a form, instead of setting a button to submit, create an onClick event , use insert and update to save each step of the form to the database.
