Display blog post in pop up window

I’ve raised this question in Wix Blog forum, but it seems like this may be something that can be achieved now with Corvid code.

When viewing a Custom Feed on a page, the visitor is transported to a different place on the site (the main blog module) when they select a post to read. This creates confusion, inconvenience, and navigation problems for visitors.

Can the link for the post in the Custom Feed be modified via Corvid code so that the post opens in a pop-up window? When finished with the post, the pop-up is closed and the visitor remains on the same page, rather than suddenly at the main blog module.

The custom feed is just a strip that shows the latest blogs that have been posted to your site.

You won’t be able to modify the custom feed for the Wix Blog through the use of code as this is part of the Wix Blog app.

You can see if you can setup your own lightbox that shows the blog post from the Wix Blog Posts Collection.
