If you make a text element in that contains only an e-mail address, it automatically becomes clickable as an e-mail link. I would like to disable this and provide my own click handler. I can think of a few workarounds (add some label text, use a different kind of element, split it up between multiple text elements, etc.), but is it possible to simply disable this behavior?

As this is not really a code issue and more an Wix Editor issue as it does it automatically, you are better suited going through Wix Support themselves.

Oh sorry, I didn’t realize that there were separate ways of seeking help for separate kinds of issues. I’m a rather new Wix user, and have found posts on this forum for most of the issues I searched for, so I just thought of this as the Wix forum. I’ll try contacting them.
I did try doing the “remove a hyperlink” thing, but the editor doesn’t show it as having a hyperlink when it’s the auto-linking text.
