Databases Dropdown Not Loading

I am working on a website that is using multiple databases. It has been working fine for a couple of days now as I’m building out the site (it is not published yet), but now I’m getting an error saying that a script couldn’t be run and the databases dropdown menu won’t even load now.

Unsure what could have caused this issue.
