Can anyone help me with a database question?
I created a form on my website for visitors to submit information (it’s a Nursery website - so to register their interest for next year). The form is basically submitted anonymously, although it captures child’s name, parents names etc.
I now want to create a page where users could see their submitted information and add more. I’m guessing I do this via a members area? How do I connect members to their information - when the info was submitted before I created the members?
