Database download - gibberish

Hi,

I have set up a form everything works, but…

When downloading the data vase as a .csv file all the hebrew characters are in gibbrish.

Help!!!

Hi Benny,

my guess is that the tool you are using to view imported data does not recognise the content encoding. Do you have an option to explicitly tell it to use UTF-8?

For example in Excel, when importing using Data → From Text you can choose File Origin in the wizard (choose Unicode UTF-8).

Thanks for the answer.

It helps a bit, but still makes it very difficult to use by the customer.

Any other ideas?
