I've read through a lot of the Wix Code forum and watched a number of videos and I appreciate everything out there - but I think there's one piece of my website design that I can't figure out and find a reference to and would appreciate any feedback or guidance.
My idea involves 2 users - let's call them Client and Rater. Clients will complete a form to populate various database fields. Raters will sign in and a table will display from this Client created database. Is it possible to:
1. Create, as part of this table on a dynamic page, a final column where the Raters can provide a numerical value for each set of Client data (each row of the table would be from different Client entries), then have these values associate with individual clients (so I'm guessing a Rater submission would create a separate column in the Client database collection for a corresponding Client).
2. When Clients sign back in, they can retrieve all of these values from various Raters in their own table (which would display some information about the raters who provided each value). I believe this would be easy to accomplish using available relationship definitions.
3. When Raters sign back in, the values they've already provided will be saved in that same table format, but new Client information/information they have not gotten to will still be blank and available for a rating.
I've read through the permissions information related to database creation and editing. So for Raters to perform the tasks above, I would essentially be granting them access to read/edit my database collection? Can I just make sure they only see parts of the database collection and not every column? I'd prefer to populate a table on a dynamic webpage for a specific Rater rather than have them sign into a database collection, but I'm open to suggestions.
Thank you very much for your help.
