Customize or Turn Off Automatic Product Download Email

Already use SendGrid and follow up with dynamic link of our own creation. That is essentially what the customer is purchasing, a link to an intake form. The automated email offering a link to the digital product download is confusing plus they already had the option of downloading it upon purchase. This automated email can be found under ‘Settings’, ‘Store Settings’ under ‘Advanced Settings’, titled ‘Digital Product Download’.

  1. Is there an overwrite content, mainly the header / paragraph and customize the subject of the email being sent?

  2. If not, can this be overridden and never sent?
