This is Jo Kurino (Wix Expert). I have recently gotten an inquiry regarding a project and wanted some guidance in terms of how I can executive this.
Project Name: SO@R Business Port Reservation System (http://soa-r.net/port/)
Objective: To re-create the current homepage using the Wix Platform
Task: Use Wix Corvid to create database and code to:
1.) Create a login system where users can possibly create their own login ID and not e-mail. If this is not feasible, it is not the end of the world.
2.) Create a reservation system where users can view a dynamic page diagram (week calendar table) to check if office space and seminar rooms are available. Capability of showing available items up to 3 months in advance. If it is past 3 months, the admin will have to approve of reservation request.
3.) In Wix Bookings, there is a calendar provided where customers can choose the date, time, and service but the clients want to create a query where customers can enter their desired date, time and service and see if the facility rooms are available. Then make a booking. Triggered e-mails confirming reservation will be needed and it needs to be sent to the client. A copy will also need to be sent to the administrator so staff is notified of reservation. Reminder e-mails will also help.
4.) A backend/admin dashboard where account manager can view member information and if there is reservation information, they can approve or cancel reservations.
The administration can can also view the availability calendar.
I have seen this...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_hKsMICCfAM&feature=youtu.be
While checking reservations, the client would like to be able to filter the calendar by entering a user input prompt and filter information based on date, month, 3 months in-advance.
5.) Lastly, the website wants to introduce co-working space tenants (http://soa-r.net/port/residence.html ) via a dynamic page, and information can be displayed via a collapsible menu by clicking an arrow next to the tenant's name. I think this is already available via video content on the Corvid page, correct? I have also seen this video:
Thank you much!
