Creating individualized checklists

I’m a developer/writer/consultant and I want to set up in wix individual checklists. So Client A gets list a, Client B gets list b. These are things they need to do, so if client a does item 1 on a monday, when they come back Wednesday, that item is checked as done.

Not looking for code (but not turning that down), just for some guidance of an approach.
