CATEGORIES IN WIX REPEATERS

Hi guys,

I have been looking to categorise sessions for my clients by following the steps outlined by WixShow.com in the video I have linked below. I seem to be having problems to get it working and have included the code I have used below. If someone with more knowledge to be able to check what I have done to see if it is right I would really appreciate it.

  • His Data Collections are named different to mine and I have included the difference below.
    CodeSampleCategories =TrainingSessionCategories
    CodeSample = Training-Sessions

Hi Simon,
After setting the data to the repeater, you should assign each property to the relevant element using the onItemReady function. You can check out this thread regarding the same scenario.

Hi Tai,

I have pretty much followed the steps of the video I put in the message above and looking through the links you gave it seems like a lot more code is needed is that right as I am not sure I understand what it is I need to do? I have already categorised each of the sessions as show in the image below and the repeater is already linked up to the data collection.
