Hi, I have tried to troubleshoot this over the weekend at home and have come to the conclusion it must be either my workplace university software blocking some element, or a server-side error – we are trying to upload data in csv format a new collection. The only problem is, when we click Add a new collection, we get a white, unloaded frame in the centre of the screen which does nothing.
I have checked all my relevant permissions etc and nothing appears to be wrong, however only on the university computers I have run into the error that blocks the ‘create collection’ frame from loading on Chrome. I tried this on firefox and internet exploder, and on Firefox the entire upload collections button is unresponsive, same with IE. All I can determine is that something on this side is keeping the tool from running..but I’m not sure what else to do. Our IT guys tell me they have allowed full access from wix.com including all manners of scripts and flash so nothing should be blocked at all and they can't see any issue. I've relentlessly cleared caches and cookies and updated things and whatnot, and we just cannot get to the point where collections is usable for us at work. I've tried this incognito mode as well, and disabled all my extensions, same issue.Current chrome - Version 70.0.3538.102 (Official Build) (64-bit) Attached is a screenshot of the half-loaded ‘collection’ upload frame.
