Can't find ticket back

I have posted a supporting ticket about a feature which was not working…
Now I have no clue where to find this ticket back in the supporting center.

This is the ticket code: 651944611
Where can I see if I got a response yet?

You can’t view your ticket anymore, unless you clicked “view ticket” and bookmarked it. You will get responses though, but there is no way you can reply back to them. It is so annoying!!!

Important feature request!

I think there should be a button to “View all your tickets” on the Wix Support page, where you would see all tickets and reply to them.

Also, it would then be really nice if the text “Please reply via Your Wix Support Tickets” was displayed in the ticket-related e-mails
@sapirh (you were the only Wix member I could tag, sorry) We need help, please!!!

I contacted Wix Support about this but they’re pretty much jerks that don’t listen to you. You can however click “View ticket” upon creation, then bookmark the page you see.
