Button linking to database

Hi there,

Please can someone help me

I need to make the ‘APPLY’ button link to the Applications database. So once you press APPLY the data from the page is recorded in the Applications database. But the ‘submit’ option isn’t available?

have you set the permission on the data collection / dataset to Write not just read only?
