boolean values are not getting captured ini the database

Hi Team,

on our website page https://www.joyservice.in/service-provider-registration there are options to “check” (boolean values that should get captured in the database when connected with database), but the boolean values are not getting captured in the database. I showed it to customer care executive from wix as well. And he said that he will report this to the developers.

Has anyone figured out the solution for the same please ?

Hey Rajan,

I looked at your site and you although you have the checkboxes connected to a collection, you don’t have them connected to a field. Furthermore, you don’t have fields for the checkboxes. You need a field in the collection to save the state of each checkbox.

Hi Yisrael,

Sorry for the delay in response. Before posting on this forum, I tried it for three checkboxes

Kitchen Cleaning
Physiotherapy
PAN Card

I have a field in the collection for all these three checkboxes, and had associated these three check boxes with the fields in collections respectively.

Tried to capture only these three boolean values in the collection by clicking those before submitting the actual form, however, it did not work.

I think the developers have fixed that. Now it’s working. Last time it was not working.
