Auto Text Resize?

Is there a way to have text automatically resize based on Live Data input? I have a text box and I want it to stay the same size by automatically changing the font size. Right now, if the input text is too long, it just increases the size of the text box, so that the text extends beyond the boundary of my design.

This is not possible at the moment, hence why you have the option of editing the text size in your Editor.

As this issue is about the Wix Editor and not code related, for which this Wix Corvid Forum is for, then you are better suited going through Wix Support for issues about the Wix Editor.

Yes, but when using a Wix Database, editing the text size in the editor will affect every item in the database. Some will be too small, some too large. Thanks.

@givemeawhisky Hello, Please just consider improving this really basic feature for a “dynamic” web page…If I understood well, its’ possible to override the text auto-sizing using the text property of the Text element. OK, but what about boxes, containers?
It would a really basic feature to make these elements being autosized depending on their content…it’s not more than a DIV !!!
I’m currently doing a POC for migrating my website from Joomla to Wix. I cannot reasonably consider going for a payed plan without this feature and I think I’m not alone in this case…
please, make an effort

You should look at Wix Editor X.
