Adding a randomizer on my site

Hello, I was wondering how I can add a randomizer to my website by clicking a button and extracting a random text from a hidden list. Then displaying this random text in a text box on my site.

For example:

  1. Click button
  2. Random text appears in text box from hidden list
  3. Button selected again
  4. Another random text appears from my hidden list

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
