Multipage Form - Input on single database row.

Hi. I have created a multipage form that links to a database were I see the answers of the users. I have structured the form so that every-time the user passes the page (its a submit button that links to the next page) it records the information they have typed. The issue is that it creates new rows on the spreadsheet for each page they click NEXT. Is there a way to keep the set of answers on the same row?

Put your form on a slide show, put your submit button on the last slide.
