Database data not showing up in Editor?

I wanted to tweak my databases/collections and have been working at home. But now am back at work but cannot display information on my databases in the editor.

The editor lists the databases and the data is there (I can see it on the website) but I cannot get to it in the editor.

We do have a firewall at work but it is strange that it only affects the display of DB details? I have tried on both Chrome and IE. See attached. Thanks!

Hi,
Can you please share your editor url? Also a screenshot of the browser console?

Editor URL:

Console shot attached…Thanks!

As an FYI, have tried on both LAN and WiFi…

Can you switch the developer tools tab to “console” and take another screenshot of that? Thanks!

Not 100% sure how to do that. Here is what I get when I go into “preview”/ No console logs are being generated…

I meant in the browser developer tools (in your first screenshot, on the right) switch from “Elements” to “Console”

Sorry about that. Attached is what I think you need.

I will be out of the office until Monday (working from home) but it would be cool to figure out what the de

al is…Thanks!

Nothing there looks related to the issue. I would actually try again from your home network if possible, to rule out office network issues.

I tried this at home and there was some weirdness…

  1. It did NOT work when I first went into the Editor…
  2. I then went into the DB from the management console (See attached). This DID work.
  3. I then went back to the editor and that now works…

I am going to try on another PC shortly…

I did the above at work yesterday and it did not work. Will try again om Monday and report back. Thanks!

Hi,
Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Are you able to recreate it using incognito ?
Should the issue persists, please send us a video of the issue using screencast . Simply recreate the issue while recording the steps and add the screencast.com URL to your response.

Thank you in advance,
Tal.

Hi Tal - I cannot even login with Incognito. I am betting it is our firewall and other weirdness.

Hey,
In order to check it, we would need you to check if you are able to recreate it using a different computer and a different browser. Please recreate the issue and send us a video of it so that we can have a look and see how we can resolve the issue.

Thanks,
Tal.

I will either bring in my home laptop (and try it at work) or bring home my work laptop (and try it at home).

I will try to do this later this week…

Seems like a common issue. I am having this issue right this moment. We have created several databases and are unable to see anything when clicking on this. At first I thought it was maybe browser related, so I cleared cookies and history etc. ran it in Chrome again and when this did not work, I switched over to Firefox. For a good 10 minutes it was working but then it happened again. I really need a work around as this is naturally a headache and counterproductive. Is there anyone with a solution?

I also have this problem
