16 ounces of chocolate chips (bitter or semi-sweet)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Combine both ingredients in a nonstick sauce pan and stir on low heat till the chocolate melts. Pour the mixture into a glass baking pan that has been rubbed with nonstick cooking spray. Place the pan in the fridge and let cool for at least one hour. Cut into cubes and serve.

FUDGE! As you all know I'm addicted to chocolate. Therefore, I'm always baking something with the ingredient. Tried this easy fudge recipe this afternoon and literally licked the bowl clean. Satisfy your inner chocolate monster.
