DOST-ITDI to DOST-TAPI_IDD RESPONSE FOR BGS NNO+HHO ETV REQUEST

What took them so long? As much as we want to hurry-up saving Earth and needed some official credence to our claims on the BGS NNO+HHO works, bearucrazy had its way of beating around the bush- taking too long to respond to my request for ETV and with a different recommendation for an Academic Testing, instead...so what to do...? Patience...patience is a virtue, so have patience my friends or we'll become a patient (LOL). At any rate, I'm running my poor car from 7-8 km/liter before to 12+ km/liter now with the BGS NNO+HHO, and that's about 30% Miliage Gains- who can't have patience with that...

For ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY VERIFICATION (ETV) STATEMENT

Any ETV statement is the result of impartial, consensus-based approach to evaluating innovative environmental technology in accordance with ETV Technical Protocol. Any data presented are believed and the analyses credible. The statement made and conclusions drawn about the product evaluated do not, however, amount to an endorsement or approval of the product in general or for any particular application.

Any ETV statement, will be based from a survey activity supported by the DOST-ITDI ETV group, panel of experts and the BlackGold SAVER company. Coming soon.

Emission Test Result

For the sedan car type using BGS Light Model for registration period of March but done late this April 2010.

Result- PASSED at only about a quarter range of allowable emissions- Hydrocarbon (HC) at 286 ppm against 800 ppm and Carbon Monoxide (CO) at 13% against 4.5 % allowable range.

An unofficial test conducted shutting-off the BGS unit, showed HC at 467 ppm, which only showed the effectiveness of the BlackGold SAVER Nitrous Oxyhydrogen for Greenhouse Gas Mitigation of Fossil Fuel users.

REALITY CHECK

As with any invention or innovation, the creator knows first hand what he' s done thru a series of trial and error experiments. And nothing is more fulfilling than to see and probe your creation at work right in your work bench and test apparatus.

Simple Smoke Test proved that Electronegative Ionization works in turning bonds of smoke heavier on its bottom side useful for negative ions to turn atmospheric air which is more of Nitrogen into more Oxygen which is far more electronegative to produce an appropriate measure of Nitrous Oxide as fuel oxidizer for more engine power .

And a controlled Explosion of a Test Nitrous Oxyhydrogen Generator right in front of your face is proof of its combustible power for fuel supplement .

Thus, with a better air-fuel mixture, you have an efficient combustion for greater fuel economy, not to mention its clearer emission of hydrocarbon residues. (Ei Kiddos, don't do this at home!)

What can an average 30% Mileage Gains between City and Highway driving when loaded with BGS NNO+HHO can do to your pocket and the world... let's try to do the math? It's not just really saving on fuel, it's more on saving Earth!

Say, you invest US$300 for an average BGS Unit and spend US$3000 a year on fuel, a US$900 gains already offsets your investment and you have US$600 more to live life to the fullest while you save planet Earth in the process of mitigating your fossil fuel power dependence's Anthropogenic effects.

As per US Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Transportation and Air Quality, "Emission Facts: Greenhouse Gas Emissions for Typical Passenger Vehicle," February 2005, the Average Carbon Emission is 19.56 per lb per US gallon of gasoline (1 US Gallon= 3.78 Liter). With BGS system yielding, say at 30% Fuel Savings- equate with say, 60 liter/hour capacity. If you were to run 8 hours/day, 24 days a month and 11 months a year you can eliminate about 88 Metric Tonnes of Carbon Equivalent (CE) annually- that's a big help to Earth and Humanity, as to eliminate 1 Billion Tonne of CE per year, we need at least 413,393 small cars running on BGS and as it is estimated that a total of 7.5 Billion Tonnes of Greenhous Gases (GHGs) are produced yearly from fossil fuel use alone, we need 3,100,054 more small cars and there are still millions of other bigger cars and fossil fueled machines that must be fitted with BGS which is scalable at any desired capacity to maximize the chances of Saving Earth, all along while reaping the benefits of engine boosted performance.

Based on reports by NASA, "Lean-mixture-ratio combustion in internal-combustion engines has the potential of producing low emissions and higher thermal efficiency for several reasons. First, excess oxygen in the charge further oxidizes unburned hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide. Second, excess oxygen lowers the peak combustion temperatures, which inhibits the formation of oxides of nitrogen. Third, the lower combustion temperatures increase the mixture specific heat ratio by decreasing the net dissociation losses. Fourth, as the specific heat ratio increases, the cycle thermal efficiency also increases, which gives the potential for better fuel economy."

So, all we do now is pack this powerful gasses into a single device and plug them on every fossil-fueled cars and machines and start countering our anthropogenic effects and clean our atmosphere with greenhouse gases and live life with our savings.
