My name is Robert Haynes. I am a licensed realtor who also does home remodeling. I've been involved in all phases of construction beginning at about age 14. Remodeling is a passion for me. I am very selective in the homes that I choose to transform. They have to meet very specific criteria.
I buy a home direct and remodel it then put it back on the market. If you have a specific area of town , I can find and transform a home for you. I generally work in eastern Hendricks County, Northern and Eastern Marion County and Southern Hamilton County. Beyond that, the job becomes cost prohibitive.

Each home is a little different and requires an individual approach. However, most of our homes have at least the following:
New paint on ceiling, trim and walls
New countertop
New Stainless appliances
New 6 panel interior doors
New brushed nickel door knobs
New brushed nickel light fixtures
New white electrical switches, outlets and wall plates
New carpet and vinyl in entire home
New towel bars and accessories
New faucets in all baths and kitchen
The all follow the same color motif with brushed nickel lights, faucets and door knobs. They all have the same brillian white trim paint, ancient ivory wall paint and coordinating color vinyl and carpet.
If need be, we will repair or replace heating/air systems, garage doors, cabinets, drywall, siding, gutters...anything necessary to make this a gorgeous, move in ready home.
