Editors note: I created this website as a project to see if how difficult it was to have your own website up and running, I found it surprisingly easy to do. There was, naturally, a need to have an interesting topic in mind and as I have just built a garden pond it was easy to relate that to the project. The hardest things about making a website are; knowing your subject, knowing your audience and graphic design. Few of us excel in all three so I concentrated upon the first two and left the third to the experts. It took me minutes to write up the information but several hours to jumble it up into some sort of order. I feel the time taken was well worthwhile and I am satisfied that PONDS and FROGS will benefit from this site (I hope so).
