We have worked with a wide variety of clients but find that our services are most useful for people who want to train in the comfort of their own home or just dont have the capability to go to the gym. We are confident in working with just about anyone.

While it is our job to take the fitness aspects of your life into our hands, in the end, your results depend on what you put into training. What we can guarantee is that if you do everything we ask of you, you will see results. Whether you reach your overall goal through your time with me depends on whether or not your goal is realistic and if you have the patience to stick with the program.

We are willing to travel anywhere within the greater Milwaukee area. We go as forth north as West Bend, as far south as Kenosha, and as far West as Ixonia. Please contact us for more information regarding this matter. For clients located more than 20 miles away from an available personal trainer an additional $8 will be charged to each training session.

Partner training is great for people who want to save money and feel that could benefit from the motivation of having a partner to train with. Partner training does not allow for quite as much individual attention as one-on-one training, yet the sessions can be just as effective as one-on-one training.

It all depends. There are so many factors that go into achieving the look and results that someone wants, that we could never tell you in a wideranging way how much time it will take to achieve them. It all depends on such factors as: desired goal, genetics, time frame for changes to be made, work ethic, etc. Some clients see results right away, and begin to notice dramatic changes in as little as 4 weeks. Others because of genetics, or a lifestyle that has injured their metabolism or body in some way, may require a longer period of time to see changes that they are happy with. Most people will fall in between and see changes right away, and even greater changes as the program evolves.

Depending on the seriousness of your condition, we will determine how we work with you or if we can work with you. Some people may require a physicians release before we start training. Most health concerns can be accommodated to accordingly and these issues are addressed in the wellness questionnaire.

First of all, getting a great workout does not require a lot of equipment. In fact, most equipment is very limiting in nature and the essential items that are required for an effective workout we will bring to your home for each training session. In fact most people with gym memberships or thousands of dollars worth of fitness equipment in their home never reach their goals.
