Terms of Use
COLLAGE4U.com is a service supplied to the customer via the Internet. Using this service implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions mentioned below.
COLLAGE4U.com is a service dedicated to provide customers with their very own unique collage-design containing several individual pictures provided by the customer.
COLLAGE4U.com is an on-line service connected to designs, pictures, photos, and acts as an intermediary between customers and designers.
COLLAGE4U.com reserves the exclusive right to modify the conditions of this contract without notice.
Customers MUST be the owner of the individual pictures provided by them in order to create their requested collage.
Should a picture contain people, the customer MUST have an authorisation of use provided to him by the people included in the picture.
DUTIES OF THE CUSTOMER
1. Information. To supply the correct, detailed and up to date information inside the order-e-mail and during the payment proccess.
Supplying incorrect, incomplete or obsolete information shall be sufficient cause for COLLAGE4U.com to deem the order cancelled without entitlement to any claim or refund of the sums paid prior to this time for the services provided by COLLAGE4U.com. COLLAGE4U.com shall not be responsible before third parties in cases where the information supplied by any customer is false or wrong, and the customer shall at all times be answerable to any consequences resulting therefrom.
2. Use of the Internet. The customer must abstain from using the website or its services without the express authorization of its owner, and must at all times follow the instructions and indications supplied by COLLAGE4U.com for correct use of the same.
3. The customer be liable for any losses or damages which COLLAGE4U.com may suffer through improper and negligent use of the website, and for any damages or losses caused through breach of the terms described in the preceding paragraphs.
DUTIES OF COLLAGE4U.com
1. To aim to always facilitate and maintain access for the customers to the website and/or to the e-mail address of the website.
2. To aim to provide professional and artistic design of the requested collage. COLLAGE4U.com is aware that a customer may have a different opinion on the provided collage, and - if possible - would consider providing one more collage based on as many of the customer's remarks possible FREE OF CHARGE, in order to strive to the best service and to the complete customer's satisfactory.
3. To return any fees paid by the customer if requested to do so due to not receiving a file containing the collage-design ordered within reasonable time from the order-acceptance date. Order-acceptance means an e-mail notification sent to the customer, confirming his/her order by providing an order number. Fees shall be returned minus any commissions deducted by the billing company / service.
4. Confidentiality. COLLAGE4U.com's privacy policy is as detailed above.
DISCHARGE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The customers alone are responsible for the execution of the collage order in full compliance of hereby terms, including but not limited to full rights of the pictures/photos provided by the customer in order to create the collage/s from.
COLLAGE4U.com shall not be responsible for any actions or omissions of the customers either in the relations which they maintain between themselves or those with third parties.
Privacy Notice
The information and files collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift for) will be stored in our database and archives is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be passed to a third party.
We highly regard the privacy of our customers, and will never trade or reveal your personal information to anyone.
We do not hold or save any payment information or credit card numbers, and any request to be removed from any of our promotional mailing lists, which you have agreed to be apart of, will be immediately respected.
We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific products ordered, to be delivered by your date specified. We will not email you at all without your permission.
