TyChe grew up in the ghettos of Toledo, Ohio raised all around the globe, shared her love for music first watching and listening to her mother sing and playing Sade tunes as well as the smooth sounds of Marvin Gaye, Aretha Franklin, and the Temptations. Developing a style of her own which cant be denied she started performing in front of family and friends at gatherings while dancing to the tunes of Ray Charles ‘Night and Day’, soon developing a passion for writing, poetry, and composing music, admiring artist such as Nas, Common, Erika Badu, and many more. She soon would pick up a microphone and perform on stages with others such as Bone Crusher, Lyfe Jennings, Bruce Realist, and other local artist. Performing in her hometown at places such as the Ohio Theater, Headliners, as well as The Sports Arena she is no new comber to a stage. When asked who can her style be referenced to if any and there was no reply, but some would say Missy Elliot to Twister with the different styles she can bring.
